Radha Madhava Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Nambol, Bishnupur District, Manipur – 795134, initially established under the name and style of Radha Madhava Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya on the 14th August, 1973 as registered under the relevant Act under Regd. No. 2967 of 1979 and thereafter affiliated to Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi, now called as Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi. The Mahavidyalaya was upgraded to Adarsh Mahavidyalaya in 2009.
Founder of H. Shyamkishor Sharma (1926-2012)
It is to be ardently commemorated that the founder of this Mahavidyalaya, H. Shyamkishor Sharma (1926-2012) was a very renowned celebrity as Sanskrit scholar in North East India being himself a famous Bramhin Pandit.
